Had the displeasure of speaking with Susan on the phone today. She continually interrupted me, even after asking her to let me finish my sentences. She apparently finds it acceptable to call potential customers names, as well.
Susan, David and the entire Kinnikinnick Farm Team are wonderful. The experience is like no other. My family has been there 3 years in a row. This year we reserved the entire farm and invited 5 family friends to join us - 10 adults and 8 children. The memories can not be replicated and will never be forgotten.
